Attending a Conference webcast
No invasive software downloads are required to view a Conference webcast. The audience interface includes:
  • an embedded Search Engines player for video and audio,
  • an area for displaying synchronized content, including Microsoft Powerpoint, Flash, text messages, surveys, and more
  • a window for submitting questions,
  • and ample room for custom branding.
In addition, the application enables the creation of web pages to support the webcast experience. These pages include registration and the program preview page that serves as the lobby page for the webcast.

Creating a Conference webcast
Conference's intuitive, self-service, web-based platform puts you in control of the entire webcast process. From your desktop, you can create and publish a full-scale webcast in a fraction of the time it normally takes using web administration tools and templates. A live event console allows remote control of encoders, streamers, and synchronization of content to the audio or video streams. One person or an extended staff of onsite or remote experts can work on the same webcast simultaneously. Owning your own Conference platform
